Gates that match the fence

Walk gates for the path and the side yard, wide double gates for the driveway. Built in the same boards as the fence and hung so they swing and latch the way you'd expect.

Where does the gate go?

It's the question we spend the most time on during the walk: where you actually come and go, what has to fit through, and which way it should swing.

Gate questions

Should I get a walk gate or a double drive gate?
A walk gate is a single gate for people, mowers and wheelbarrows. A double drive gate is two leaves that open across a driveway for a car, a trailer or a delivery truck. Most back yards get one walk gate; add a drive gate only where a vehicle actually needs to pass.
Will the gate match my fence?
Yes. Gates are built in the same boards and the same style as the fence around them, privacy, shadowbox or picket, and hung on black strap hinges with a latch.
Which way should the gate swing?
It depends on the slope, what sits on each side and where you actually walk through. It's the question we spend the most time on during the walk, so we work it out with you on site.
How many gates do I need?
Count the places you come and go: the side yard, the front path, the back corner of the house, the driveway. The fence planner lets you add walk and drive gates and sends the count with your quote request.
How do I get a quote for a gate?
Call or text (904) 254-2330, email ranproperties12@gmail.com, or send the quote form and pick "Gate only" if the fence is already there.
